Once you approve the agenda, you provide the locations and team list, and we prepare for the session.
4. Workshop Day
We arrive 45 minutes prior to the session to ensure everything is set up and ready to go.
5. Lights, Camera, Action!
The workshop begins, engaging your team in an interactive and transformative experience.
6. Post-Workshop Feedback
After the workshop, we provide detailed feedback and a plan to support continuous improvement and success.
7. Ongoing Support
On request, we offer 1-1 coaching for team members or follow-up workshops tailored to specific topics for further development.
